Let's protect your website together to minimize the chances of getting sued.
The laws based on which bloggers and other creatives can get sued are the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act.
Under these laws, your website must be accessible to everyone! People without disabilities and those with disabilities (such as blind, deaf, visually impaired, hearing impaired, color impaired, or any other condition, both mental and physical, that would prevent those people from being able to use your website the same way as people without disabilities).
This is a matter of equality. The direction of these compliance and accessibility lawsuits seems to have changed in the past four (4) years. More and more small businesses, such as bloggers, eCommerce shops, are being targeted for these lawsuits.

An easy solution to make sure you minimize your chances of being sued is to make your website ADA and California Unruh Act compliant.
To help you with this process, I created my online course called ADA Compliance Now. This course will walk you through the required steps to become compliant with ADA and Unruh Act.
